The guide
How $RISE works
Everything about keys, your tower, the hourly yield and where the money comes from, in one place.
Start here
Skyrise is a pixel city on Solana. Hold $RISE and you get a tower on the skyline. Light it up and it collects Keys every hour, and everything else in town pays in the same Keys.
THE LOOP
Hold $RISE. Your tower appears on the skyline and grows with your holdings.
Light it up. A lit tower earns a share of the city's yield every hour, paid in keys.
Spend and play. Keys buy floors, room levels, cars and decor, and win you more at the casino, the races and the backroom.
Own a piece. The casino, car dealer, airline and race track have public shares that pay out every day.
GETTING IN
Sign in with X to walk around and look. To earn and play, link a Solana wallet that holds $RISE. Your tower and name tag carry your X handle. Players must be 18 or older.
Numbers with a dotted underline are launch settings. They can be tuned as the city grows.
Keys
A key is a $RISE that the city treasury holds for you. One key is always worth one $RISE, and every price in Skyrise is in keys.
1 = 1Every key is one $RISE
NO LIMITOn deposits or cash-outs
NO FEEOnly the Solana network cost
GETTING KEYS
Send $RISE. Send it from your wallet to the treasury and get the same number of keys back.
Pay with SOL or USDC. The Cashier sets up a market swap for you to sign in your own wallet. You get one key for every $RISE it buys, with nothing added on top.
Keys you hold count toward your floors exactly like $RISE in your wallet. Keys you spend or lose stop counting.
THE TREASURY
The treasury keeps one $RISE for every key in circulation, so every key is backed. Casino wins are paid from the house's own reserve, never created out of thin air.
CASHING OUT
Cash out to your own wallet at 1 key = 1 $RISE.
The only cost is the Solana network fee, a few cents, shown before you confirm.
No cap on the amount. One cash-out at a time per wallet.
You can cancel while it's waiting. Once it's on its way, it's final.
Very large cash-outs may wait for the treasury to top up, then pay in full.
BONUS KEYS
Welcome keys and rewards arrive as bonus keys. They work in the casino and on cars, clothes and decor, but not for floors, shares, races or cashing out. Wager 20× the bonus and it turns into regular keys.
Your tower
Your tower is your stake in the city. Its height comes from how much $RISE you hold. What it earns comes from what you put on its floors.
0.04%Of all $RISE per floor
48Floors at most
3 + 2/LVWhat a room counts
FLOORS
You get one floor for every 0.04% of all $RISE you hold, up to 48 floors (1.92%). Past that, extra holdings still count. The tower just stops growing.
$RISE in your wallet and keys both count. Bonus keys don't.
Leftover holdings start your next floor, which earns for the part that's built.
If your holdings drop, the top floors go dormant. They keep their room and level and wake up when you grow back.
ROOMS AND LEVELS
Every floor counts toward your share of the hourly yield:
An empty floor counts 1.
A room (penthouse, arcade, lounge, office, garage or vault) counts 3 at level 1, plus 2 for every level after.
Each level costs 1.15× the one before it.
Floors under construction count only their built part. Dormant floors count nothing.
TIERS
Tiers change how your tower looks, not what it earns. Every floor scores 1 point and every room 1 more.
Only lit towers earn. Collect your yield and your lights stay on. Leave it and the tower goes dark.

THE HOURLY PAYOUT
Every hour, 5% of the city's yield pool is paid out.
10% of that goes to the wage pot that pays city jobs. The rest is split between lit towers by what their floors count.
Your share uses the lowest amount you held during the hour, so selling mid-hour lowers it from then on.
The pool is shared. Your slice grows when you add floors and rooms, and shrinks as other towers grow.
COLLECTING
Yield waits at your tower until you press Collect, which moves it into your keys.
Each collect keeps the tower lit for 12 hours. A dark hour earns nothing.
Yield left uncollected for 24 hours goes back into the pool.
BOOSTS AND LIMITS
Streak:+20% for each lit hour in a row, up to ×2. One dark hour resets it.
Hustle: up to +25% for doing the day's jobs.
Fair share: no tower can take more than 15% of an hour's payout. Anything over stays in the pool for later hours.
City economy
Two streams keep the city paying. Trading fees on $RISE feed the yield pool, and player spending feeds the businesses.

Yield is biggest when trading is busiest, usually early on, and settles as trading calms down. An hour with no trades pays nothing.
STREAM 2 · BUSINESS TAKINGS
Every business splits its day's takings just after midnight UTC:

ShareholdersContracts (city jobs)Treasury reserve
The casino's takings are what players lose minus what they win. If players come out ahead, it pays nothing until it has made that back.
The treasury's share is the house reserve. It covers casino wins and free keys.
Spending bonus keys doesn't count toward any business's takings.
The exchange
Four city businesses trade on the Skyrise Exchange. Buy shares with keys and collect a cut of their takings every day.

BUYING AND SELLING
Shares are priced in keys.
Prices move only when players buy and sell, never by formula.
Each trade carries a 1% fee, which counts toward that business's takings.
Trade from the web, your in-game phone, or the trading floor in the city.
DIVIDENDS
Shareholders get 24% of a business's daily takings, paid in keys the next day to everyone who held their shares for the whole day.
THINGS TO KNOW
A business can have a slow or losing day. Dividends aren't guaranteed.
A share price can fall below what you paid.
Shares are pieces of in-game businesses, not real companies, and don't give you a say in how they're run.
Playing the city
Your tower is only one way to earn. Everything in town pays in keys.
CONTRACTSTake jobs from the city's businesses, paid from contract pots that refill every hour.
STREET RACESPut keys in the pot and race the back streets. Winner takes it.
SPEEDWAYFree go-kart races, plus bracketed tournaments with prize pools.
CASINOSlots, roulette and blackjack. Wins are paid from the house reserve.
UNDERWORLDRiskier runs after dark for bigger payouts, and heat if you get caught.
MINIGAMESQuick games for small stakes between the big plays.
THE WAGE POT
Some of every hour's yield goes to the wage pot, so city jobs keep paying even when the casino is quiet. Doing the day's jobs also earns your tower the hustle boost.
